At Tarpon Caye we pride ourselves on providing fresh, delicious food for our guests.

While you are out fishing our staff can often be found out catching fresh snapper, conch, (our conch fritters are amazing) and lobster in season!

• You will enjoy fresh salads, soups and Belizean barbecue!
• For breakfast, we have fresh fruit, muffins, omelets, bacon and delicious Belizean coffee as well.
• We will prepare a variety of main courses cooked to your liking.
• If you spend a day chasing snapper or dorado we are more than happy to prepare your catch for dinner that night.
• We are also happy to prepare a bag lunch if it looks like the best fishing will overlap lunch.

We are also sensitive to our guests' dietary needs and can handle specific requests and gluten free diets.
